What is Brushalot?

Developed by two parents who wanted to solve a pair of problems all families face: how to motivate children to brush their teeth and how to answer the pointed questions children have about the Tooth Fairy.
Brushalot’s award-winning Tooth Fairy Kit motivates children to brush their teeth, helping them develop healthy dental habits that stick. Brushalot helps make brushing teeth fun for children which leads to good dental habits that parents love.
When your child loses their tooth, Incisor (the plush toy) keeps their lost-tooth safe. When that magic moment arrives for the Tooth Fairy visit, the nightlight glows Brushalot blue to let the Tooth Fairy know a tooth is ready to be picked up, ensuring your child wakes up with a smile.

The Story
In a magical Kingdom called Brushalot, there is a place called Pearly White City where the Tooth Fairy lives with heroic brother Sir Brushalot, his trusty sidekick Incisor, General Floss, and their friends.
The city’s greatest enemy is Prince Plaque. The Prince and his Tartar Troopers attack three times daily – breakfast, lunch, & dinner - only to be foiled by our heroes.
The book encourages children of all ages to take good care of their teeth and will help answer questions such as:
- Who is the Tooth Fairy?
- Why does she need my teeth?
- How will she find my tooth under my pillow?
- How does she know I lost my tooth?
- Why should I brush my teeth
The book comes with a keepsake journal to keep track of your child's teeth and dental visits, as well as fun activity pages to keep them entertained!
General Floss, Commander of the Knights of Floss
As the leader of the Knights of Floss, General Floss has been a passionate defender of children’s teeth since she was a young girl.Â
For years she has trained and studied all there is to know about dental care, showing a particular talent for flossing, hence her role as the General of the Knights of Floss.
She is regarded throughout the Kingdom and around the world as the one most skilled in the proper use of dental floss.
Sir Brushalot
On top of being the Tooth Fairy's brother, Sir Brushalot is General Floss’ top lieutenant in the Knights of Floss. He is regarded throughout the Kingdom as one of the most skilled at pushing back against the Tartar Troopers.
Famous for developing a brushing technique that combined a graceful circular movement with a swift up and down motion. This signature move is now used by almost everyone when brushing their teeth and has proven very successful in defeating the Tartar Troopers.
His Knighthood was awarded for his service to the Kingdom of Brushalot.
Tooth Fairy
As the most well-known Fairy in the world, the Tooth Fairy grew up in the Kingdom of Brushalot and moved to Pearly White City as a child.
The title of Tooth Fairy is an honour bestowed upon the one who has distinguished themselves as someone who takes great care of their teeth, protects others who can't protect themselves, and performs many acts of kindness.
The magic of the Tooth Fairy has been passed down through the generations for as long as we can remember. The role of the Tooth Fairy is to bring smiles to boys and girls around the world while at the same time teaching us all about the best way to protect our teeth from Prince Plaque.
Incisor
Incisor is the noble and beloved sidekick stallion horse of Sir Brushalot. He has proven to be the bravest of all Brushalot's Royal Horse Guards.
Always recognizable due to the distinctive blue stripes on his mane and tail which were a result of falling in the Tooth Fairy’s toothpaste potion as a young foal.
Known to have a playful side, Incisor is well known for practical jokes and making everyone in the Kingdom laugh.
Knights of Floss
The Knights are an order in the service of the Kingdom of Brushalot. They are tasked with ensuring the tooth cleanliness of the Kingdom as well as defending teeth from Prince Plaque and the Tartar Troopers.
All members go through a rigorous training and testing selection process of which only the best are chosen to become a member of the Knights of Floss. Â
Each year, 4 of these Knights are selected for their wisdom and removed from Pearly White City and sent on a quest to travel the Kingdom and educate children on proper oral health.
The Knights live in Pearly White City. Â
Prince Plaque, Lord of Cavity Castle & Leader of the Tartar Troopers
Prince Plaque is the arch-nemesis to the Kingdom of Brushalot. He grew up in the Kingdom of Brushalot as a member of the Royal Family.
As a child, he developed a severe dislike to always having to brush and floss his teeth after every meal. He called it "boring" and a "waste of time." In his teenage years, his dislike grew into active rebellion as he tried to encourage other children not to take care of their teeth or smile.
Eventually, he could not stand being surrounded by healthy, white teeth and friendly smiles so he banished himself from the Kingdom and established his home in Cavity Castle. From there he continues to plot the downfall of Brushalot and the destruction of Pearly White City.
Tartar Troopers
These tough and loyal soldiers of Prince Plaque are constantly attacking the teeth walls of Pearly White City.
While they are slow moving, if they are not removed quickly, the Troopers tend to get stronger with time.
The Tartar Troopers have been described by Sir Brushalot to be “hard as rock” to do battle against.
Under the leadership of Prince Plaque, the Tartar Troopers are causing big problems for Pearly White City.
